Minimum Continuing Legal Education (MCLE)
For attorneys licensed 2 or more years in Texas, your MCLE compliance year is a one-year period that begins on the first day of the month you were born and ends one year later on the last day of the month that precedes your birth month. If you are a newly-licensed attorney, your initial MCLE compliance year is a 24-month period. It begins on the first day of the month you were born, after the date you are licensed and ends two years later, on the last day of the month that immediately precedes the month you were born. PROTEGGA has been providing CLE training since 2006 and offers State Bar Approved courses for associations and law firms needing to obtain additional CLE credits within the technology fields of Computer Forensics and e-Discovery. Computer Forensics Bootcamp
- Duration: 4 days
- Prerequisites: Familiarity with Windows-based computers
- Topics:
- Basic Forensic Principles
- Forensically sound data acquisition
- Live system evidence collection
- Data Recovery, hidden, trace, and deleted evidence
- Analysis of media
- Decryption, password cracking, and password bypassing
- Electronic Evidence Processing for Litigation Support
- Integrating your current E-Discovery tools with your forensic tools
- Actual “hands-on” training utilizing the latest forensic software
- Building and marketing your forensic practice
- Tuition: $3,500 for the 1st Student with discounts for additional students

e-Discovery Bootcamp
- Duration: 2 days
- Prerequisites: Familiarity with Windows-based computers
- Topics:
