R. Lance Fogarty CISSP, CCE

Lance has over 23 years experience in the design, development, and deployment of networked computer systems, security strategies, and related technologies. Lance’s diverse background includes extensive knowledge of computing systems, networking, the Internet, security, computer forensics, e-Discovery, litigation support, and more, within a variety of industries.

Since 2005, Lance has focused solely on the computer forensics, e-Discovery, and litigation support aspect of computer security for clients in Texas, Utah, California, New York, Florida, Oklahoma, and others. Jason’s diverse background includes extensive knowledge of computer forensics, e-Discovery, litigation support, and more, within the legal industry. Since 2004, Jason has focused solely on computer forensics and e-Discovery managing terabyte size projects for clients in Texas, Utah, California, New York, Florida, Oklahoma, Delaware, and others. As the founder of MD5Group, LLC, Jason has provided computer forensic training to hundreds of candidates seeking to become Certified Computer Examiners. Additionally, Jason has been a presenter of State Bar of Texas & Colorado Bar Association approved Continuing Legal Education Seminars and has been a guest speaker for a variety of Legal Associations.

With over six years of experience in operating systems and application support, networking and hardware support, and systems programming, Grace has worked in computer forensics since January 2010. Grace’s diverse background includes extensive knowledge of computer systems, networking, the Internet, computer forensics, litigation support, electrical and computer engineering, and more.

In addition to her investigative role, Grace has standardized many company procedures and forms as the Quality Assurance Manager. Grace has also improved the quality and efficiency throughout the investigative process by implementing the Lima Forensic Case Management system and the quality audit process. Grace's services have included retrieving and analyzing computer evidence and providing expert testimony in cases involving Breach of Fiduciary Duty, Theft of Intellectual Property, Theft of Trade Secrets, Child Custody, Spoliation, Destruction of Evidence, and more.
